Ashneer Grover a former managing director and Co-founder of BharatPe, has recently invested in a company at Shark Tank Season 1 India. The young women entrepreneur, Rakhi Pal, went to the show for her start-up named EventBeep and shared that her family disowned her because of her career choices.

However, the condition stipulated that the amount would directly go to Rakhi’s personal bank account. Furthermore, Ashnner would repurchase or sell those shares once the company reached a valuation milestone of 20 crores, which equates to 0.5% of Rakhi’s shares until that point.
